What kind of truck will my vehicle be transported on?

 

Typically on a 8-10 open car hauler just like the ones you see transporting new cars to dealerships. Enclosed trucks are also available for a higher price.

   

Where do I drop off my vehicle to be transported?

 

Actually you don't need to be worried about that. We prefer door to door service. From anybody anywhere to anybody anywhere. You can designate the drop off or pickup location.

   

When can my vehicle be picked up?

 

With proper notice we need a 2 day window of your desired date so that we can prearrange a time and place convenient for both of us.

   

How long does it usually take to relocate my vehicle?

 

Usually a coast to coast transport averages about 5-8 days. Shorter moves are quicker.

   

Is insurance included in the price for relocating my automobile?

 

Yes, blue book value up to 100,000 dollars.

   

Can I pack my car with additional items so they can be transport as well?

 

We allow up to 150 pounds of personal goods in the trunk.

   

Do I have to be present at pickup and/or delivery?

 

Someone has to be, either you or your designated representative to verify with a signature that the vehicle has arrived.

   

How do I pay?

 

C.O.D. paid to the driver at pickup or delivery with a cashiers check, money order, or cash.
